Privacy Policy

I take your privacy seriously. This site is a personal page run by me, Mogens Amming, as a private individual. This page explains in plain language what information I receive through the site, what I use it for, and what rights you have.

What data I collect

I only collect the information you give me yourself via a form on the site — typically your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to provide it) and the message you write. I do not collect hidden information. There are no tracking pixels and no third-party analytics tools that profile you.

What I use the data for

Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Concretely, an email containing your submission is sent to me via the email service Resend. I do not share your data with marketing partners, I do not sell it, and I do not use it to build profiles about you.

How long I keep data

I keep your inquiry as long as is necessary to handle your matter — typically until the conversation is closed, or until any legal obligations require otherwise. You can ask me to delete your information at any time by writing to mogens@amming.dk.

Third parties

I use a small number of carefully chosen sub-processors to run the site:

  • Resend (resend.com) delivers the form email to me. Resend processes name, email, phone number and message content on my behalf as a data processor.
  • Vercel (vercel.com) hosts the site and provides anonymous, cookie-free visitor analytics (Vercel Web Analytics). Vercel sees standard server logs (e.g. IP address tied to a request), which are necessary to operate the service.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to: • access the information I hold about you • have inaccurate information corrected • have your information deleted • receive your information in a common format (data portability) • withdraw a consent • lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk) if you believe I am processing your data improperly.

Cookies

I use no tracking or marketing cookies. The anonymous visitor analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) uses no cookies. The only strictly necessary cookie is a short language-preference cookie that next-intl may set so the site remembers your language choice. You can delete it at any time from your browser.
